On a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left. Expand the section above, then select the tool. On a computer, use the left sidebar.
How to use it

Choose a patient, care plan and contact number, and record their consent before enrolment.

Review patients in the red, yellow and green columns.
- 03
Manually record received replies, including temperature, pain and relevant symptoms.
- 04
Review concerning replies, arrange care through your usual clinical process, and complete monitoring when appropriate.
