We publish an explicit status for every enterprise capability and distinguish standards-based exports from hospital delivery connections.
Interoperability
Clinician-approved notes can now be exported through the scoped Public API. Automated delivery or write-back to a hospital system remains a per-customer integration.
Approved SOAP notes are available as FHIR R4 collection Bundles containing opaque Patient, Practitioner and Encounter references plus a final Composition.
Approved SOAP notes are available as HL7 v2.5.1 ORU R01 messages. HTTPS export is live; interface-engine delivery requires a per-hospital engagement.
Structured EMR field mapping from a finalised note is available in the clinical workspace today.
Offline capture
Built for clinics with unreliable connectivity.
Consultations keep recording when the connection drops. Audio is stored on the device encrypted (AES-GCM), uploads resume automatically on reconnect, and nothing is deleted locally until the server confirms it. Conflicting edits are flagged for clinician review, never merged silently. AI note generation runs once the device is back online.
All traffic is TLS encrypted and stored records are encrypted at rest, with row-level access control scoped to the owning clinician or clinic.
Research workspace
A de-identified analytics environment for approved research use.
Available: admin-approved projects, de-identified aggregate dataset builds, suppressed CSV exports, and automatic suppression of groups smaller than 10, with a full audit trail.
Workload, specialty and language analytics are available today without exposing identifiable patient information.
AI capability status
Every AI output in GELYPTIC MD is a draft that a qualified clinician must review and approve.
