Certified Scribe Architect

The architect track of GELYPTIC MD Academy. You learn to build macro packages — versioned, checksummed bundles of trigger phrases and the documentation, patient handouts, follow-ups and order proposals that follow them — and to govern them the way a hospital governs any clinical artefact: authored, reviewed, versioned, and revocable.

Audience

Clinical informatics leads, specialty leads, hospital IT administrators, tech-minded clinicians

Credential

GELYPTIC MD Certified Scribe Architect

Prerequisite

Comfortable with clinical documentation workflow. No programming experience required.

What you will be able to do

  • Design a macro from a real clinical workflow instead of from a template.
  • Write patient-facing handout text that is plain, safe and free of advice the clinician did not give.
  • Test a package against real transcripts before a colleague ever runs it.
  • Version, checksum and document a package so your organisation can review and re-review it.
  • Define where automation stops: what a package may propose and what only a clinician may approve.

Modules & lessons

  • Trigger, scope, action
12 min · How a spoken phrase becomes a set of proposals.
  • Choosing safe triggers
10 min · Phrases that fire when you mean them and stay silent when you don't.
  • What a macro may never do
10 min · Approval gates, and why no package can remove them.
Assessment: Build a single-action macro from one of your own recurring consultations.
